The Walk-Through Staging® Consultation
During a Walk Through Staging® Consultation, Amherst Style will walk through the seller's home -- space by space, room by room -- and explain in detail what the seller needs to do to prepare the home for sale. This invaluable service gives the sellers the view of how potential buyers will see their home and what will sell the house. This service is a small investment in the seller's most valuable asset -- their home equity. (Fixed Price of $200.00)
Hourly Staging® Services
Hourly Staging® Services provide on-site advice and consultation to individuals preparing their homes to sell. These services may include moving of furniture and accessories within a home, advice about simple changes to the home and other relevant information. These services are customized to the needs of the seller. Amherst Style can provide as much or as little assistance as sellers need to prepare their home for sale.
($100 per hour, 2 hour minimum)
Staging® Services for Vacant Property
Vacant homes can be challenging to sell. Through carefully selected furnishings and accessories, Amherst Style can enliven and enhance properties so that every buyer can envision themselves living in the home. Amherst Style rents furnishings and accessories specific to the style and architecture of each home when Staging® vacant properties. These services are offered on a monthly fee basis for a minimum of three months. (Bids upon request)
Staging® Gift Certificates
Realtors® can differentiate the service they provide by giving a Staging® Gift Certificate to their seller.
Interior Decorating, Redecorating and Paint Color Consultations
Our goal is to help our clients find their own sense of style. We may work with existing furnishing and accessories to optimize what you have or recommend new furnishings. We will assist you with the selection of paint color, fabrics, lighting, and accessories. We will help you plan your interior decorating projects and provide referrals to other resources.
These services are customized to the needs of the client. Amherst Style can provide as much or as little assistance as is needed. Our objective is to transform homes into comfortable, functional and luxurious spaces that radiate the personal style of each client.
($100 per hour, 2 hour minimum)
One Day Interior Redecorating Services
Give yourself the gift of a fresh new look with the investment of Amherst Style’s time and talent. In one day Amherst Style will meet with a homeowner, understand how they would like their home to function and to look and using what is in the home to redecorate the chosen rooms. This is a great way to kick start a decorating effort or just give your home a new look through fresh eyes. Expect to be amazed when upon arrival home! (1-2 rooms fixed price of $599.00, 3 or more rooms priced upon request.)
Move-In Services
After you have unpacked the boxes who has time to hang the pictures or think about furniture arrangement? Amherst Style has the time, experience and talent to finish the moving in process for you. We will come to your home and using your accessories, art and furnishings stage your home. After a full day’s work, come home, relax and just say ahhhh it’s all done. Time to enjoy your new home.
